Who the Crisis and Resilience Fund is for

This is support is for everyone who is vulnerable and facing financial hardship. However, our eligibiliy criteria for support and crisis payment is aimed at unpaid and parent carers who care for friend or family member with long term health condition, illness, mental health or a disability.

CRF is for everyone who’s vulnerable or cannot pay for essentials and help to build financial resilience. You do not have to be getting benefits to get help from your local council.

If you get benefits, they will not be affected if you get a payment from the Crisis and Resilience Fund.
